The Cleveland State University Jack, Joseph & Morton Mandel Honors College was established in 2014 to provide academically challenging curriculum and leadership training for intellectually curious, high-achieving, and high-potential students. Many of our alumni are employed by the most prestigious employers in Northeast Ohio; others are currently pursuing graduate degrees in programs all across the country.
ALL of the funds raised today will support the Honors Innovation Fund. This fund advances student research and high-impact learning experiences by supporting travel to conferences, study abroad, research expenditures, and other one-time costs that Mandel Honors College students encounter during their academic career.
Last year we raised just over $1500. This year we’re aiming higher. We are also hoping to increase the number of individual donors—in particular among our alumni and our current students and their families who want to show their appreciation not only for the great academic experience, but also for generous tuition scholarships.
You can show your appreciation by a gift as small as $5.00, but the sky is the limit for your donation in promoting the success of our students.
Your gift today will help us reach our goals of doubling the number of participants and raising at least $2,000 and will help the Mandel Honors College provide engaging academic and professional opportunities for our students!
Thank you!
