Cleveland State’s Office of Pre-Professional Health Programs serves students seeking careers in pre-anesthesia, audiology, dentistry, medicine, occupational therapy, optometry, pharmacy, physician assistant, physical therapy, speech language pathology, and veterinary medicine. We provide relevant and forward-thinking programs and services to best serve our students in one of the healthcare hubs of the world: Cleveland, Ohio.
For the past four years, we have been actively seeking philanthropic support for the program. Every dollar raised goes DIRECTLY to students and student success initiatives. We know that some of our students have barriers to access and one of those barriers is financial.
Thanks to donor support, we have paid for students to go to interviews, covered application fees, awarded scholarships for MCAT or GRE preparation, and hired lecturers to teach test-prep workshop series. This year, we also purchased interview suits for students in need. We want to do even more to help eliminate the financial barriers that students experience - and we need your help to do it!
With this fund, we further our goal of helping students get ACCEPTED. In 2019-2020, 134 CSU students were accepted, 74% of those that applied. We are making a difference in the lives of our students.
Every dollar makes a difference!
Donations on Giving Day directly go to the Pre-Professional Student Fund, helping students prepare, apply, and interview for competitive professional programs around the country and remove as many barriers to access as possible. Thank you for your support!
