Washkewicz College of Engineering

Your gift to the Washkewicz College of Engineering today will allow us to renew student scholarships, build Senior Design Projects, and produce a new marketing brochure for the college for use in new student recruitment.

Additionally, we continue to honor the memory of Angie Langford through the Angie Langford Memorial Book Fund. Angie began her career at Cleveland State University in 1989 as a part-time secretary in the Advanced Manufacturing Center. She worked in several departments through the ensuing years: Engineering Dean's Office, Department of Engineering Technology, and finally, in 2001, the Department of Mechanical Engineering where she quickly earned the respect of faculty and students with her energy, her passion, and her attention to detail.

Angie passed away on May 14, 2008 after a brief illness. As time goes by, students who never knew her will benefit from the book fund and will realize that she was someone special.
